Tristi Delaroca, CDP, has 20+ years of senior living experience, six of which have served Benchmark communities in a variety of roles. Her deep compassion and understanding of the industry sets her apart.
What Brought You to Benchmark:

My personal and professional experiences with dementia encouraged me to want to make a difference. I began as a memory care director for Benchmark. Their high standards have continually challenged me to be a better person and leader.

Fun Fact:

Living the Rhody life with my family and fur babies is when I rest and relax. I love to kayak, hike and challenge myself with many DIY projects!
