Meet Your Executive Director:

Katie Huberdeau has over 17 years of assisted living experience. She returned to Benchmark in 2024 after spending over a decade directing Mind & Memory Care and programming for Benchmark communities on Massachusetts’ North Shore.

What Brought You to Benchmark:

I began my assisted living career at Benchmark and spent a significant part of my career here. Managing The Birches has long been my aspiration. From day one, it’s been evident that our team is wholly committed to making a positive difference for our residents.

Fun Fact:

Family is very important to me. In addition to my husband of over 23 years and my two sons, I share a close bond with my three sisters, and all of our families enjoy traveling together.
