Meet Your Executive Director:


Shannon Bernier has worked to support New Hampshire seniors and their families for over 12 years, including serving as the state director for a brain injury rehabilitation organization and managing assisted living communities in Bedford, Londonderry and Kingston. She has a bachelor’s degree in teaching and sociology from Keene State College.

What Brought You to Benchmark:


I am passionate about people and human connection, so Benchmark is the absolute best place to continue my career!

Fun Fact:


I live in Antrim with my husband and two girls. In my free time, I enjoy reading, games, baking and being out in nature exploring places near and far.
