Deb Foster joined The Falls as executive director in 2016 following a long career in hospitality. She is the recipient of the 2019 Darrell Harvey Values Award for not only setting the standard for achieving Benchmark’s values, but raising it.
What Brought You to Benchmark:

I am passionate about and take pride in serving others. Benchmark's culture and values make it possible for me to continue striving for excellence in meeting and exceeding the needs of those we serve.
Fun Fact:

I have a large, close knit family who is very competitive. Every week, four generations come together online for an evening of fun, laughs and bragging rights.
