Sarah Malaspina, CDP, MAIOP, has been with Benchmark for over eight years, having joined the company after grad school. She uses her extensive experience in psychology and dementia to help design living experiences for seniors and their families.
What Brought You to Benchmark:

Benchmark believed in my potential and has continually supported me in my growth. Being able to do what I love for such a good company, and as one big family, has been so rewarding.

Fun Fact:

I will do anything to bring joy to my residents and team members! My inflatable costume characters are known to make regular surprise appearances throughout our community.
