Shanique Mightly is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with 15+ years of experience working in short and long-term care and rehabilitation. She graduated from the University of Connecticut as an Economics major concentrating in Business and Long-Term Healthcare Management.

What Brought You to Benchmark:

I’m passionate about supporting seniors and their families. Benchmark has given me the opportunity to make a positive impact in new ways using my healthcare experience.

Fun Fact:

When Shanique is not working she enjoys spending time with family, playing with her puppy, cooking, event planning and immersing herself in different cultures through travel.
