Taking Good Care of Our Associates
The Benchmark One Company Fund is our pioneering, non-profit that provides grants to associates in times of financial need. Since inception, we’ve distributed millions of dollars to those facing unforeseen financial circumstances, such as unexpected funeral expenses, illness, injury or natural disaster.
Benchmark University
Our premier learning institution provided complimentary to all associates. Individuals at all levels are empowered and given the opportunity to grow in their careers with professional and personal development in areas like leadership, industry best practices and more.
Regular Recognitions
Our associates also enjoy ample recognitions. Our Benchmark Annual Awards Gala recognizes associates from across the entire company. Amongst others, the Compassionate Caregiver award receives over 400 nominations and a Community Service Champion is awarded every month at each of our communities.
