Michael Tubbs has over a decade of experience managing memory care communities and working with people with Alzheimer’s, dementia and their families. He trained under nationally renowned dementia expert, Teepa Snow, to become certified as a Positive Approach® to Care educator.

What Brought You to Benchmark:

As someone who has worked in senior living and recreational therapy for many years, I was incredibly impressed by the depth and quality of services and care that Adelaide provides.

Fun Fact:

I’m originally from Southern New Jersey but was excited to relocate to New England to lead the Adelaide team, be near family in New Hampshire and Boston’s rich culture.
