  • Our Mind & Memory III Plan is for residents whose care needs require a substantial amount of physical assistance with several activities of daily living, and who generally exhibit severe cognitive impairment and/or associated behaviors.
  • Our Mind & Memory IV Plan is for residents who have extensive needs, for example: a need for total care with one or more activities of daily living, or a substantial amount of assistance is warranted on a daily basis.

Personalized, needs-based care to support individual abilities

Our attentive care is among the best because we get to know our residents and review and adjust their care plans when things change. Our care also caters to the independence they desire with support provided only for what they truly need for safety and security.

Addressing their cognitive skills is accomplished with a wide variety of holistic programs that allow them to find joy in each new day. For example, sensory dining experiences get our residents excited about food and art projects like jewelry making stimulate the brain and create positive experiences. We also create new memories and help them recall long-term ones with events and off-site trips that make the most of every season and holiday.
