Meet Your Executive Director:


Rafael Wainhaus, LHNA, LCSW, uses his Master’s in social work and a Bachelor’s in psychology to provide the best experiences for older adults. As a licensed nursing home administrator, he’s led skilled nursing communities in the Boston area, both as a social worker and director for over five years.
What Brought You to Benchmark:

I enjoyed my experience working in programming for Benchmark so much that I returned to the company in 2021!

Fun Fact:

In my free time, I’m an adaptive ski instructor. I grew up skiing in Vermont and love to share my passion for the sport with people of all abilities.
