Meet Your Executive Director:

Susan Vinciguerra served as Benchmark Senior Living at Putnam Farm’s director of business administration for nearly six years before being promoted to executive director in 2024. She has over 30 years of experience in operations and human resources management.

What Brought You to Benchmark:

I was looking for work with more meaning. It’s been so rewarding to have the opportunity to support seniors and their families in this way!

Fun Fact:

In my free time I enjoy traveling and hiking. I’ve hiked 80% of the waterfalls in New England. I’ve also been fortunate to travel to many different countries with Italy being my favorite.
