Jason Last has over a decade of healthcare experience. He was promoted to executive director in 2022 after being instrumental in helping to open a new Benchmark sister community in the Boston area.
What Brought You to Benchmark:

My grandfather resided at a Benchmark community, and I was always impressed by how passionate the associates were. It inspired me to want to connect with older people and their loved ones on a deep level.
Fun Fact:

I enjoy the meditative aspects of being outdoors and fishing. It has taught me that, like anything worth doing, don’t expect instant success.
