Anne DeMinico has led Willow Crossings for over nine years, first as resident care director, then as executive director since 2012, following a 28-year career in long-term care.
What Brought You to Benchmark:

I wanted to transition from long-term care but still serve seniors. Benchmark’s purpose and values centered around helping seniors connect to what matters resonated with my own beliefs.

Fun Fact:

I am married with two wonderful sons and in my free time enjoy golfing, skiing, horseback riding and billiards.
