Kevin O’Connell has over 35 years of experience leading healthcare and senior living organizations throughout Connecticut in a variety of capacities, including CEO and vice president.

What Brought You to Benchmark:

After a decade as CEO of a North Canaan non-profit continuing care retirement community, I was missing the direct interaction between residents and families. I got into senior living because I’m passionate about helping old adults thrive and Benchmark allowed me to do that.

Fun Fact:

As an Avon resident who lives just minutes away from River Ridge, I love my community and am proud to serve local families in this way.
