Wendy Brodie, LNHA, is a Vermont native who studied social work at UVM and has devoted her entire 20-year career to geriatrics. She became executive director of The Arbors in 2016.

What Brought You to Benchmark:

I value the strong emphasis that Benchmark has on the importance of relationships with our residents, families and associates, and their commitment to providing robust care and services.
