Charlyse embodies the compassionate connection found at Benchmark Senior Living. As a leader in Mind & Memory Care, an ardent love for her work is visible in everything she does. Before taking on her role, Charlyse already had a deep, personal connection with care – her close relationship with her own grandmother who lived with dementia.
Every day, Charlyse works to empower those she works with and always finds new, innovating ways to involve seniors in ways that make them feel special.
At Benchmark, we don't work by the hour. We work based off our resident's needs.
Charlyse is instrumental in her community’s gardening program, where residents can take pride in growing their own flowers and vegetables.

I really enjoyed going into Memory Care and ensuring that each of our residents got that specific attention.
Charlyse cherishes every moment with her residents, big or small. This includes Benchmark’s music therapy program, which helps to exercise the brain, elevate mood, or simply reminisce.
